Orario Reception [ 07.30 – 19.30 ]

All'arrivo le stanze sono a disposizione a partire dalle ore 15:00 alle ore 20:00, oltre tale orario solo per chi effettua il check-in on line.

E' assolutamente vietato far entrare in stanza persone che non siano state registrate dagli addetti autorizzati (Art. 109 TULPS Regio Decreto 18 giugno 1931,n°773)

Documenti: all'arrivo i gentili ospiti, dovranno essere provvisti di documenti di riconoscimento, compreso i minori anche se già anticipati con il check-in on line.

Il saldo del totale soggiorno è dovuto all'arrivo, indipendentemente dalle garanzie e/o acconti forniti al momento della prenotazione.

Le stanze devono essere lasciate libere il giorno di partenza tassativamente entro le ore 10:00: le partenze prima delle ore 7:00 vanno comunicate il giorno precedente alla reception.

In caso di biancheria mancante, saremo costretti ad addebitarla sul conto.

Eventuali danni alla struttura dovranno essere risarciti al momento della partenza.

Lo smarrimento delle chiavi ha un costo di € 25,00

E' assolutamente vietato in camera: FUMARE, impiegare fornelli di qualsiasi tipo, ferro da stiro, scalda vivande, stufe a gas, elettriche, a cherosene o simili (come da disposizione del V.V.F.)

Silenzio notturno: dalle ore 22:00 in tutte le camere va moderato il volume acustico. Si prega di tenere un comportamento silenzioso anche nei corridoi e per le scale.

Gli animali sono i benvenuti, previa comunicazione anticipata.

La direzione si riserva la facoltà di modificare il presente regolamento per ragioni di opportunità e funzionamento dei servizi affiggendo le modifiche alla reception.

La mancata osservanza anche parziale delle presenti norme può portare alla risoluzione del contratto per inadempienza, con le conseguenze legali ed economiche derivanti.

Regulation and Information

Reception opening hours: from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m

On arrival, rooms will be available from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m ; after this time, they will be available only for guests who previously did the online check-in.

It is absolutely forbidden to enter the rooms by people who have not been recorded by authorized personnel (Art. 109 TULPS Regio Decreto 18 June 1931,n°773)

On arrival, guest are kindly requested to provide a valid passport (kids must have their passport too) even if previously registered with the online check.in

The balance of the whole stay is due upon arrival, irrespective of guaranties or deposits provided during the reservation.

The check-out must strictly take place within 10:00 a.m. Check-out before 7:00 a.m., instead, must be communicated the previous day at the reception.

In case of missing linen or towel, we will have to charge it on the guest bill.

Any damage to the structure must be paid on departure.

The hotel charges € 25,00, for the loss of the room key.

In all rooms is absolutely forbidden: SMOKING, use any type of stove, iron, dishwarmer, gas/electric/kerosene or similar stoves (regulation V.V.F.)

Please be nice: observe silence from 10:00 p.m. In all rooms. Guests are kindly asked to be silent even in the hallways and stairs.

Pets are welcome, with prior notice.

The Hotel management reserves the right to modify these rules for reasons of expediency and operation of services by posting the changes at the Hotel reception.

The failure (even partial) of these rules may lead to termination of the contract for default, with the legal conseguences and economic effects.
